We decided that since we charge so little and we're confident that you'll love the product, this was unnecessary. Also, you'll need to be using toos for a while to really see the benefits. However, we want you to be completely confident in your purchase, so if for any reason you decide toos isn't for you within the first month, we'll happily refund your subscription fee.

You can invite your accountant from the settings screen in the app. Doing so authorises them to access your data and sends them a welcome email with their login details.

According to the ATO you need to keep records for 5 years (in most cases) from the date you lodge your tax return. Digital copies are accepted and we will keep those securely for you. We would recommend you to keep any paper copies as well as it's always good to have an original on hand.

If you've been using the app to scan, upload and forward receipts regularly then there's very little to do. We'll reach out to you prior to filing time and let you know that your return is ready for reviewing. You can then digitally sign it and we'll submit it for you.

If you're using your own accountant we'll make sure they have your data as soon as it's complete and we'll tell you when they have it so you can follow up with them.
